Paris Township Zoning Resolution Updates – Submitted for Approval
A key to the document markups is as follows:
Highlighted in Yellow:
These are proposed updates to the current Zoning Resolution that the Trustees will be voting on November 20, 2025. The changes may be as simple as pagination or spelling correction, an addition of a Table of Contents, or may be as exhaustive as a change to an existing article section or a new article proposal. There are several new definitions that have been proposed.
Strike-Throughs with No Highlight:
These are portions of the existing Zoning Resolutions that are being proposed to be deleted and either replaced with sections highlighted in yellow, or to be discarded and not be replaced.
Highlighted in Red with Strike-Through:
These are portions that had been proposed and removed for proposal either prior to the public meeting and after public posting of the Zoning Resolution proposal, after the public meeting held on November 6, 2025, or are portions from the existing Resolution that are being proposed to be deleted and removed. Some of the proposed changes were from a previous Board composition.
All Unmarked Sections:
These are portions of the current Zoning Resolution that have been previously passed and implemented. They are not portions that are up for a vote to be altered or deleted in any way.
