The Shearer Community Center<\/strong> is an excellent choice for private ‘no alcohol’ events and party functions that require a hall – featuring the amenities needed to host events such as bridal or baby showers, family or class reunions, or any other personal or business event that our local space can fulfill; and all with a maximum capacity of 217 persons (for a seating-only event) or 101 persons (an event with tables & seating).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that the following holiday\/remembrance days are not available for hall rental: <\/em>New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
